Following the update to current 34 the phpMyAdmin config is foobarred on one of my boxes, I have run /usr/local/cpanel/bin/updatephpmyadmin to try and get it to re-write the config, the strange thing is, the config file is set to connect to localhost via TCP but the running config is showing connected via socket, permissions are correct on the phpmyadmin files and I have deleted the config file and had the above script re-write it however it seems to be ignored by phpmyadmin.

I have attached a screenshot of whats happening, the server 2 & server 3 entries are blank in the config as they should be, has anybody had this? any possible fixes?

TIA

EDIT: Seems to be functioning correctly, just has errors on the footers of pages and the 'Original' theme has odd fonts
