phpmyadmin - No 'create database' option

    This is by design

    MySQL databases need to be created in cPanel, not in phpMyAdmin. Creating a database outside of cPanel would prevent cPanel from being able to manage it. Because of this, the option to create a database is not available in phpMyAdmin. Create the database in cPanel first, then manage it using phpMyAdmin.
