When I create a new cPanel account in WHM, phpMyAdmin shows "No Privileges" for that user.

This is fine because I can give the user full privileges and the problem disappears.

But these privilege changes do not survive a reboot i.e. the "no privileges" issue reappears.

    Any ideas?

Never mind.....I didn't realize that cPanel does not allow users to create databases in phpMyAdmin.
