phpMyAdmin: "numeric key detected"

cPanel Access Level
Root Administrator
Several clients (and root) on one server get the message "numeric key detected"
when trying to load phpMyAdmin on a new server.

Any ideas what might cause or fix this?

I have seen it as well.
It happens on one account only.

On the same account Firefox & Netscape work just fine, only IE gives the error msg
IE v6.0.29
Cpanel 10.9.0-RELEASE 37
