phpMyAdmin Problem

    Hi,

    I am getting this message when logging on to phpMyAdmin...

    Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: YES)

    Anyone?

    Logging in to phpmyadmin as root? How are you doing that? The only way to get into phpmyadmin is from a user account. I had to actually install another version of phpmyadmin so i could log in as root to see all my databases. I would like to why this feature doesnt exist? How is root supposed to log in to see his users? So what did you type to bring up phpmyadmin. I would really like to know.
