One of my customers needed to use LOAD DATA INFILE so i logged onto mysql using ssh and typed

GRANT FILE ON *.* TO [email protected]; flush PRIVILEGES;

Then the user was unable to login to phpMyAdmin, it says "Wrong username/password. Access denied" even though I didn't do anything to the username that's used when logging into phpMyAdmin, I did it to a username they created

So i ran

REVOKE FILE ON *.* FROM [email protected]; flush PRIVILEGES;

To see if that would fix it, but it didn't. I checked if the password in the mysql table for that user matched the results from SELECT PASSWORD('theirpassword') and it did.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
