phpMyAdmin Problem

When i try to use phpmyadmin from whm i get a message to open the index.php file. If i use it from cpanel i can see it normaly. What is wrong?

Yea, I have a same problem.

I did solve it once by upgrading to CURRENT.

Now I have it again and would like to know how to solve it manually trough SSH

Now after the update to the mysql, apache and php i have done i can't even access it from the cpanel.
