My reseller wants to be able to edit their clients so that they can login to phpMyAdmin with their cpanel account and be able to create databases ect... how would i go about doing this?

If the reseller is logged in using the client's username and password (rather than the reseller password and/or username), they should be able to perform database tasks via the cPanel interface.
