I think you should open a ticket with cPanel support.

    Hello,

Please post the output from the following command:

    Code:
    cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
Also, does the issue persist if you temporarily disable "PHP-FPM service for cPanel Daemons" via "WHM Service Manager"? The option is documented at:

Service Manager - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

    Thank you.

    [~]# cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
    11.56.0.24
    [~]#

    PHP-FPM is enabled and working

Could you let us know if the issue persist if you temporarily disable "PHP-FPM service for cPanel Daemons" via "WHM Service Manager"? If so, feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.

    Hello @linuxchef,

I'm marking this thread as resolved due to the lack of additional feedback, however feel free to let us know if you encounter additional issues.

    Thank you.
