phpmyadmin Showing a users databases to Everyone

I have one account that I set up on one of my servers, and created a database to monitor some mail and such. I also use it for a test account when testing otu scripts and database functions.

The strange thing is that all of the databases for this account show up in all of the other accounts on the server phpmyadmin.

Anyone know how to fix this problem so my databases dont' show up on everyone elses phpmyadmin?

I tried the following

/scripts/updatenow
/scripts/fixmysql

I also tried
/usr/bin/mysql_fix_privilege_tables

But none of those seem to work.
