Whenever I try to go to phpMyAdmin it just shows a blank white page. Like nothing at all but blank white void.

I don't really have any idea on how to troubleshoot this, that's why I'm posting here.
I tried to ask for help on the support from my web hosting. We've been exchanging mails for a week now and they just keep telling me to update my browser and OS since it's working on their side.

I'm using chrome and running a windows 8
Just a month ago or two, it's working fine for me.

EDIT: Just a moment ago, I added an https:// as a prefix in the URL before logging into cPanel. But it's showing me this everytime:

By pressing Advance and then proceeding to the site, the phpMyAdmin is now showing.

Hello :)

The warning in the image you provided is normal if a self-signed certificate is installed on the cPanel service, or if you are accessing it over a domain name that's different than the certificate name. As far as the issue with phpMyAdmin, it needs to be addressed with your hosting provider because you can't troubleshoot server issues with phpMyAdmin without root access to the server.

Thank you.
