We recently had WHM and cPanel installed last week and last night we tried to open phpMyAdmin but only got "Redirecting" then a timed out blank page.

Any idea what may be the issue for this?

    Thank you
    Bill

Are there any errors in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log?

You're welcome to submit a ticket for investigation. See my signature for the link.

May I know the exact redirection path where phpmyadmin is redirecting?

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

It may been my DSL connection issue during that period it happened because I tried root phpmyadmin and it worked so I tried the user phpmadmin and it works fine this time.

So it seem to be working ok and could been my connection fault not the cpanel.

    Thank you for replies!
