PHPMyAdmin UI has changed about a week ago

About A week ago I noticed phpmyadmin interface has changed, for example, buttons looks different, spacing between elements became larger, and positiong of links have change, for example, "refresh" buttion moved from being aligned to the right to the middle of screen , which isn't comfortable to use.
My host has no idea.

Any insight?
