phpmyadmin, unable to creat new databases.

From what i can see this is caused by "show create database form" being disabled in the phpmyadmin settings. How do i enable this.

i have root access to WHM.

Previously I was unable to access the sql services through cpanel, however restarting the service seems to have fixed this.

I am happy to hear you were able to resolve the issue. Please keep in mind that typically databases should be created through the cPanel interface itself, as opposed to through phpMyAdmin.
