phpmyadmin upload limits

    Is there a limit to the size of a database that phpmyadmin can upload?.

    Anything over 10MB I recommend using the command line

    >10MB use the command line import for mysql.

    Is it possible to increase the max size of the blob - binary in phpmyadmin?

    By default it is 64 KB
