phpMyChat is available, but you need to make sure whether the module has been installed & enabled.
Check from WHM >> Main >> cPAddon Scripts Installer/Updater >> phpMyChat

OK I did that. Now when a user goes in to add phpMyChat they get a from that supposedly submits a "Moderation Request". They fill that out and it gives them a message that he request has been submitted. However no one ever gets any request and when they go back to the form it says they have no request pending.
