phpnuke crashing the server

Hello
i have a vps with 512 Mb of ram gurantee running cpanel and only 7 sites

one of these runs a phpnuke script

this sites cause the average load to reach 30-40 load average

and when i suspend the website the load is normal and nice


the problem is that i am forced to keep this website inside my vps

the website has a normal phpnuke without any additions or anything with just 200 users online not more than that

restarting apache reduces the load but it gets too high again

please guide on help

Is the server swapping out memory? Have you tried tweeking httpd and mysql?

yes the server is sweeping memory
and yes i tweaked httpd.com , my.cnf as per suggested by the forum here
