PHPSuexec and Suexec solution spam nobody ?

if I to install in my server will not have more problem of Spam sent for user ¨nobody¨?

Which the problems that I will be able to have to install PHPSuexec and Suexec itself?

No reason why it should have either of those problems unless you haven't done the work required after implementation - i.e. correcting file ownerships and permissions for the phpsuexec environment, which are well documented on these forums.
