I recently enabled phpSuExec on one of my servers, and Exim header tracking caused mail to barf from a subset of reseller domains. No other users reported issues.

Just a warning. If you get "unrouteable domain" errors in your mail, and you see something like the following in your exim_mainlog:

2005-07-07 10:56:02 1DqYjJ-0007j5-SV failed to expand condition "${perl{checkspam}}" for lookuphost router: Gid 32297 is not permitted to rela
y mail at /etc/exim.pl line 365.

2005-07-07 10:56:02 1DqYjJ-0007j5-SV failed to expand condition "${perl{checkspam}}" for literal router: Gid 32297 is not permitted to relay m
ail at /etc/exim.pl line 365.

Disable Exim X-Source Headers in Tweak Settings, and everything should work again.
