Anyone find that installing phpsuexec causes issues with some apps that pass login information via a dialog box?

I have problems with servers where php suexec is installed with some apps that require a login. The information entered is not passed to the app. If I move the account to another server under the same exact configuration without php suexec it works flawlessly. I have had to do this several times now.

only solution, is to write a php/html form, to take in username/password, instead of using the PHP/Auth routines.

Most scripts work on a standard php/html form anyways.. only found one in last year that did not.. and the author changed it and not had a problem since. and that was many thousands of clients ago....

Another solution, is to disable the PHP/Auth part of it, and use .htaccess to do it instead ( or even cpanels directory protection )
