Phpsuexec problem with nobody in mail();

    I compilate the Apache server with php+PHPSUEXEC
    but in httpd.conf have the lines

    Code:
    LoadModule php4_module
    AddModule mod_php4.c
    

    With PHPSUEXEC the lines have a #
    Code:
    #LoadModule php4_module
    #AddModule mod_php4.c
    
    And insert in the Virtual host

    <IfModule mod_php4.c>
      php_admin_value open_basedir "/home/cesarden:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp"
    </IfModule>
    
    But All the scripts when i try execut return the error 500 I check the permissons and the permissons OK I run the /scripts/fixsuexeccgiscripts and I recompile the apache but nothing
    My solution for run scripts was clear the # in the PHP4 modules but when I try send a email with mail(); the script use the user nobody and the system block this.

    Please help me
