Picture message sending

Hi All,
I have a problem with the mail I have set up. When I send photo messages from my mobile phone to my email it wont work. I checked the serrer and did not find any eror message. Is it that anything is missing? Should some perl module must be installed or something like that?

have u tried sending it to any other email accounts ? like hotmail .. etc ? do they appear fine over there ?

yes it is working fine to all other accounts. Is there anything we havr to enable in the server for this feature to work?

one more question. Did u download the mail to a mail client or are u trying to read the webmail ? If webmail ; which webmail are u using ? neo/horde/squi

I am using neo. It iis not shown there. My question is when the mail is rejected it should shown in the /var/log/exim_mainlog right ? IIt is not showing any error. It is also not showing in kmail email client.

the mail will not be rejected nor will it be an error. it will come as an attachment and be roughly shown to you in the webmail.

can u try using squirrelmail ? in it there will be a download option; you can download and see the file.

i have not come across any extra module in cpanel to view these attachments.

I have send attachments other than picture messages to these mail accounts and they are receving fine. When the picture message is sent as attachments they are not received.
