Please explain me few steps for Remote Backup

Hello,

Can some one give me some instructions on following ?

I have two servers server1 and server2 .... I have seperate backup drives for both servers...
I want to run the backup for both the server .... but... backup of server1 must be stored on backup drive of server2 and backup of server2 must be go to the backup drive of server1...

Please assist me ASAP
