Please help 11.44.3 i cant locate account functions

Please help i have cpanel 11.44.3 and im trying to Change the value of Max Addon Domains as it is set at 0
and there is no Account functions i cant find that section anywhere on the home page

That option is a part of the Package the cPanel account uses.
WHM » Packages » Edit a Package

Your cPanel Powered server is way out of date and you should update right away.
