please after i'm update my cpanel to the new Version WHM 11.28.83 Backup icon disapperd from Cpanel, and i don't know how to generate full backup?

and i don't disabled it from Whm?

so how To generete a full backup from The new verison of cpanel?

Hello semsem_raw2an,

Are you logging into WHM as the root user or a reseller user? If as a reseller user, you may need to contact your provider to see if there is something that is restricting that option for your account after that update.

If you are the root user, could you check if you are using the default feature list for the account in question or which feature list is being used. At that point, check that feature list in WHM > Packages > Feature Manager to see if "Backup Manager" is selected. If it is, try re-saving that feature list. If it is not listed, please check it and re-save the feature list.
