I have a reseller account and want to give customers business email service with antivirus and anti-spam feature of cpanel without disturbing their existing website or dns .I want to do it on their existing domain and planned to just add a A record as mail.theirdomain.com on their dns server to point my cpanel server and add mx record also to point my cpanel server ip. On cpanel end , I would create this new account , give it a package, and create mx entrie as mail.theirdomain.com. But nothing is working. Please,please simply this thing to me.My business depends on it.
