Access Not Allowed from this Domain
You are attempting to access a user dir from a domain that is not owned by the user. Please correct the domain that you are attempting to use to access this url.

    Apache/1.3.27 Server at www.tkoweb.com Port 80

I'm getting this on all new accounts I create. Seems the permissions are incorrect on new accounts.

koporto@tkoweb.com if anyone has any suggestions.

    more info

This is a 511 http error return value, but that's not specified in any spec I know of.

What special module/software would throw this error in apache?

This turned out to be the bandwidth protection problem that has occured here before. Guess you have to do it this way or find a new way to limit bandwidth leaching while allowing a preview for users.
