Please help - PHP values htaccess/php.ini

    On one server I run PHP5 as CGI.
    I do not run suphp or other things, just as CGI and not DSO.

    Custom php directives in htaccess does not work.
    Your own php.ini in public_html does not work.
    php_admin_value in httpd.conf does not work.

    is there anyway to have custom php directives when running php as cgi ?

    or is there no way doing that, I must run suphp or DSO ...
