I installed a plugin last night which crashed my site. I have tried everything to get it back online yet nothing is working. I deleted files to see if that might help and now I am getting this message every time I try to re-install e107 onto a database.

You'll need to get your host to assist with this. Looks like you might have deleted your public_html directory.
