Please Help

    Ive Been trying to do this for some time now and cant get it to work.
    im trying to get are e-mails to work i have added the e-mails and this is the error i get when i try to send someting to it

    Your message could not be delivered.

    The recipient's computer rejected your e-mail.
    Please verify the recipient's e-mail address and resend.

    Recipient: <ranger@skcsquad.com>
    Reason: outbound04.telus.net (priv-edtnes51.telusplanet.net) [199.185.***.***] is currently not permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email client.

    Did you even bother to read the error? It's all there...

    Either check your email before sending, or setup and use smtp auth for outgoing mail. You can search google.com for info on where the smtp auth settings are for your mail program.

    yes i did i can send e-mail to anyone that i want just no one that has a e-mail to my site

    try the e-mail is

    ranger@skcsquad.com

    It's a shell command. If you have shell access, just type that line the way he put it.
