    Hi friend,

These days in WHM I've found that I can not update Server Software, and can not update/upgrade to newest Cpanel version. These two update/upgrade WHM pages always seem to be halted and can not load. :(

What problems could mostly likely be there??

    How to solve the problems??

    Please help!

A good place to start is with a "gracefull reboot".

Everytime I've had that problem, a restart is all that was needed~

If that doesn't work...then maybe there are other things to look at.

Thank you djmerlyn very much for help!

I did use the command [# reboot ] to reboot my server several times via my SSH these days during the procedure of updating my FreeBSD Stable 4.10 operating system, but the above-listed problems are still existing now. I may try the WHM's "gracefull reboot" function for solving the problems. I have never used the WHM's "gracefull reboot" function , are there any advantages of the WHM's "gracefull reboot" compared with SSH's "reboot"?

    Please help!
