I just got a new box and everytime I try to transfer this account (server crashed due to a faulty motherboard when copying this account the first couple times, it has since been replaced) anyway we have tried various things and I dont see the account name showing up anywhere in whm so that I can delete it etc....

Please someone tell me a fix and where I find the account username (as I have ssh access etc) so I can fix it so the move will go smoothly.

    Thanks for any help :)

From the looks of the /scripts/realadduser its checking the /etc/passwd file for that username.

I would suggest editing the /etc/passwd file with pico,vi or whatever you prefer to use logged into ssh as root and remove the line with that username entry
