what exactly isn\'t working when trying in webhostmanager? if (like what happened when i tried to install a cert) the form just doesn\'t want to submit, and you are using IE, open up Netscape and try installing the cert through webhostmanager with that browser. worked for me, might for you too.

I have got it to work in netscape, thanks a lot for you help, but now i get this.
