I have been looking for almost 4 hours for a solution to no avail because I have no idea what caused this.

I have an old client who simply uses webmail via Round cube to receive contact form emails from their website. They are low maintenance and not very computer literate, they literally just log into the round cube and use the client.

There have been no changes to the MX records, No changes to the domain, no host changes, nothing out of the ordinary, but suddenly as of this last Monday they started getting "Failed to deliver, returned to sender" messages, and I also cannot send to their email.

I made sure there were no spam filters on the cpanel, I also removed spam filter mx records and restored the default originals, and that didn't fix the problem either.
My last resort is WHM but my WHM manager must not have all the features available because I don't see "STMP" or "TWEAK" settings, so many posts I found on google aren't applicable to me.

    Hi,

The mail that is being send is tracked in spam I guess and rejected after verification failed.

    Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550-Verification failed for <info@client.com>

I would advise you get some expert to check the logs on your server to investigate the issue more deeply.

    Hello,

Could you open a support ticket so we can take a closer look to see what may have changed that's leading to this issue?

    Thank you.
