But the problem is not solved yet.

This bug should be fixed in the pkgacct-pXa that exists in the _DEVEL location here:

Index of /cpanelsync/transfers_DEVEL/pkgacct/

Please see the following thread which will explain how you can manually migrate your accounts using the _DEVEL version of pkgacct-pXa:

Note: you may still see the "Using unique option prefix pass instead of password is deprecated" message when running updateuserdomains-universal. In my testing thus far, that's ok and does not intefere with anything.
