Hi there! I am just getting started with a dedicated server and I have the option to choose between Plesk or cPanel. I have never used either and I guess the sentiment around here might be a little biased towards cPanel but I was wondering why you all use cPanel? Is it purely a matter of preference or is there something specific you get out of cPanel you don't get with anything else?

    Hello :)

It's likely the users on our forum will report varying reasons why they prefer cPanel over other control panels (e.g. support, features, UI). One of the best ways to form an opinion is to try it out. You may find our demo page helpful:

Or, you could even install cPanel on a server using a free trial license.

    Thank you.

With extensive experience of both companies products, I would honestly say the difference is like comparing night and day with both the product and the support services. There is a reason we have stuck with cPanel :)
