Plesk to cPanel migration ( without root password)

Any one can help how to migrate a plesk account to cPanel without root password? or exately how to migrate mail ( dont tell me to use outlook archive!!!!! ^^ ).

For informations , I have a backup file from plesk server, How to use it to restore mails to cpanel server.

There are no automated tools available to migrate an account from a remote control panel such as Plesk if you do not have root access to the server. Instead, you must attempt to migrate the data over manually. There is a thread here with information that may be of help to you:
