    Hello,

I have a reseller server, where I have a few clients websites. But one of my clients have a portugues domain (.pt) and when I try to point the domain to my server it's saying server not found.
They have a evaluation log and it give me this error.

Any Idea how I can fix it?

    Hello,

Could you report this to your hosting provider so they can determine why the DNS lookup is failing, and temporarily allow the creation of a domain name that does not resolve to the cPanel server?

    Thank you.
