hi all. Before I purchase a reseller VPS plan with cPanel, I just have one question. I work with a lot of subdomains. Sub domains don't accept nameservers, they require an IP address, my question to you is it feasible to create a record in cPanel for subdomains?
For instance, a client creates a subdomain from his existing domain so I can make a landing page on my server for him. Can I give him the IP address of my reseller VPS and on my end create a record for that subdomain and have it point to his account on the cPanel server?

I know this might be a dumb question, but before I commit, I'd just like to know.
Thank You!

Hello :)

Yes, you can setup the subdomain as it's own account on your cPanel server, and then have the "A" record for that subdomain updated to the IP address of the account wherever the DNS is handled.

Thank you.
