POP Email Problem

    I have users that are able to get there mail through web mail but when they log into there pop account it shows it sends and is checking to receive without any errors but no mail is downloaded. Anyone have this any ideas how to fix ot troubleshoot this?

    Your client is obviously using different usernames/password for the web & their email client. Or their site is incorrectly configured.

    ciphervendor - as you know I had major problems yesterday, it was able to be resolved from reinstalling cpanel. Is there a way to check to make sure that all the settings in exim are correct and working, I am wondering if something got hosed up, opr a setting got changed.

    There is no way for me to verify if everything in your exim install is correct. You can simply reinstall exim which will ensure you have up to date binaries and config files.
