How would I go about creating additional email servers without creating WHM accounts?

What I want is, WHM creates server.com as the email server.
I want to add staff.server.com as an additional email server. How would I go about doing this on command prompt?

add this record to server.com DNS

in WHM -& DNS Function -& Edit a DNS Zone

staff 14400 CNAME server.com

now in addition to server.com & mail.server.com,
staff.server.com also could be used as mail server address for server.com

Yes that would work, but I want them to act as two completely different mail servers, with seperate users...
