All over Europe
edit the dns zone of the domain and add this line:

pop 14400 IN CNAME ip_goes_here

replace ip_goes_here with the domain's ip.

Actually:

pop 14400 IN A ip_goes_here

or

pop 14400 IN CNAME domain.com_goes_here

(A = address in IP format; CNAME = canonical name or alias to another *name*)
