POP3 and RFC 1939 on BlackBerry

Hi,
I'm running cPanel 11.25.0-R46156 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9 on CENTOS 4.8 x86_64.
My clients hosted on my server have problem conneting to their email account with the BlackBerry.
The BB email connection needs a POP3 with RFC 1939 compilant...

How to solve this problem?

RFC 1939 is the specification for the POP3 protocol, according to this:

cPanel provides POP3 functionality by default, using either Dovecot or Courier-IMAP as the POP/IMAP service. Both provide POP3 service.

Can you elaborate on the problem your clients are experiencing? Is there an exact error message that they are seeing?
