Hello

When I use another email provider to receive emails from a cPanel-based email account, it says authorization failed:
220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited

How I can solve this issue?

My cPanel build is latest edge version.

Thanks

Hello :)

This is the standard message:

Code:
220-host.name ESMTP Exim 4.80.1 #2 Wed, 24 Jul 2013 17:31:50 +0400
220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited,
220 and/or bulk e-mail.
Are you sure there is not a different error message you are seeing? For example, are you not able to authenticate via POP3?

Thank you.

I am sure it's an error as my provider prevented me to next step.

Maybe there is an error, but this:
220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited, ...
is not an error message.

Could you let us know the specific error message you are receiving? Have you checked to ensure the username/password is correct, and the email account is not blocked by cPHulk brute force protection?

Thank you.
