POP3 Cannot find a valid mailbox for 'user'

    i have just today had a problem with all my accounts getting the error
    Cannot find a valid mailbox for 'user'

    when trying to retrieve email

    webmail is able to acces the mailbox without any problem

    i have restarted CPPOP, EXIM

    i have run UPCP but still not working

    Any advice would be appreciated

    Try this :

    killall -9 cppop
    /scripts/restartsrv cppop

    Glad to hear...knowledge shared is knowledge gained ;)

    The problem you faced comes when cppop is failing and these commands kills all cppop processes and then restarts the service.
