POP3 Connection Limit not working!

I have in tweak settings prevent pop3 flood option active and I would like to activate the
POP3 Connection Limit per hour.

I did a test turning into 10 to see how it works, but after I check my mail the eleven, twelve, etc times, the pop3 box still keeps checking it and doesnt refuse the connection.

Do I have to restart something?¿

Was never fixed since the conversion to maildir.

Does work just fine if you want to implement Chirpy's csf/lfd solution.
