pop3 mailaccount doesnot receive mail

I have problems with the mailaccounts of one account specific. The rest of the accounts on my server do not have problems, it is only this one. Th emailaccounts used to work but since a couple of days the POP3 mailaccounts don't receive mails.

I can send mails via these pop3-accounts, but mails sent to the pop3mailbox do not arrive. If I delete these mailaccounts than the mails do arrive in the main [email protected]

I tried the following:
1. delete the mailaccounts and recreate them via Cpanel.
2. restart POP3 via WHM.
3. restart POP3 via SSH.

These actions didnot work. Does anyone have suggestions what I can try now?
