A client visited my website www.careydillon.com and reported he got a popup that caused a problem on his computer. The client is using IE7. I am using IE6 and do not see any popup. I use Firefox v2 and it does not report any blocked popups.

I am a novice and not sure of how to handle this-if it exists (could be a problem on his computer? (although he reports he has now tried several different machines.) Is there something I should do in cpanel to prevent any popup from being installed by a third party?
And how do I get rid of it?

Many thanks for your help

Carey

I am using firefox 2.0 to visit your site and it's OK, no popup.
I also use Maxthon, no popup too.

tried with IE7 and get the popup message "Do you want to allow this web page to access your clipboard?" Firefox 2.0 is fine.
