    Hi furkanturk12,

    Welcome to cPanel Forums.

Do you have a firewall enabled on your server?

I just tried to telnet to port 25 on your public IP address with no luck. Are you familiar with nmap? Could you install that on the server and check your port?

    Hello :)

I suggest checking with your data center or network provider to see if they have blocked incoming/outgoing traffic over port 25.

    Thank you.
