Port 80 instead of 8081 in http.conf for new sites

Hi,

When I add new accounts or domains they get port 80 instead of port 8081 as we need it to be. When I do /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf it fixes it, but new domains always get 80.

In WHM >> Tweak Settings I have 0.0.0.0:8081, so I am a little bit confused why this suddenly stopped working. Was right after upgrade to 11.40.
